Kali Hubs is designed for writers who have some experience under their belt—graduates of our Discovery programme or those already established in their practice—who want to move beyond the page and into the room. This is about building agency, deepening collaboration, and shaping your own work on your own terms.

Across four intensive sessions, we'll explore:

Devising and Collaboration: How to create new work alongside other theatre-makers and hold your vision in the room.

Making Your Own Work: Practical tools for self-producing, fundraising, and bringing your ideas to life independently.

Climate Dramaturgy: What it means to make work sustainably, and how the climate crisis can shape storytelling itself.

Confidence and Agency: Coaching sessions with Aileen Gonsalves—currently working with Zack Polanski and the Green Party—to help you lead with clarity and purpose.

Selected writers receive a bursary to support their participation. Sessions will run nationally, bringing writers together in hubs across the country.
